Biography
Jayma Suzette Mays was born on
July 16, 1979 in Grundy, Virginia, U.S.A.
She graduated from Grundy Senior High School in 1997 and then attended Radford University where she graduated
with a degree in Performing Arts in 2001.
In 2004, she made her first television appearance on Joey, starring Matt LeBlanc.
The following year, she made her feature film debut with a supporting role in Red Eye, starring Rachel McAdams. She also had 4 guest roles on 4 different TV Shows, including 'Six Feet Under' and 'How I Met Your Mother'
2006 was a very big year carrer wise in Jaymas life. She appeared in 3 movies and 4 TV Series, one of them being Heroes - where she played Hiro's love interest, Charlie Andrews. She had a 3 episodic arc on Heroes.
The following year Jayma didnt just have a great year carrer wise but she also got married. Jayma and her husband, Adam Campbell got married on October 28. Career wise it was also a fantastic year. She had her first lead role in a feature film, Epic Movie and she starred in most of the hit TV series on television today.
Most noticable being 'Ugly Betty' where she played Henry's girlfriend, Carlie. She also starred in 'Pushing Daisies' and 'Ghost Wisperer'
Jayma doesnt seem to be slowing down, having two movies coming out this year and an episode of 'Back to You'.
In free times, Jayma enjoys doing long division and multiplying fractions. She also dances and sings.
